How do I place an order of any rental item?
Please contact us on 226 666 4387 or click here. We recommend giving as much notice as possible so that we may arrange delivery of any rental items that you may have ordered.
What is the going rate for a full-time nanny?
The rate is between $17 to $25 depending of criteria such as the number of children, their needs and the nanny qualifications.
How long does it take to match a family with a nanny?
From hours to six weeks minimum
What is the agency fee?
The search fee is $249 to start the search process. Then a one-time payment of 20% of the Candidate’s Total Gross Annual Compensation as a Referral Fee.

There is a 3-hour minimum booking. All rates are subject to change.
How do we pay?
An e-transfer may be required to make the reservation and pay the referral fee. The nanny/babysitter will be compensated by the family who has booked the service.
Are your babysitters trained?
Whenever possible our nannies/babysitters have a CPR or First Aid Certificate. Some have additional qualifications such as lifeguarding, personal support worker (PSW), or early child educator (ECE) training.  Please let us know if you have any special requests and we will be more than happy to try to accommodate.
Can we have the same occasional babysitter?
Whenever possible we send the same nanny/babysitter to your place. Just let us know if you have a special request for a nanny/babysitter and we will be happy to make the necessary arrangements.
