We are helping families find the perfect nanny or babysitter suited to their specific needs and requirements so that parents have peace of mind when letting the nanny into their home to care for their children. We also offers reliable and qualified nannies or babysitters to hotels, resorts, and special events. Sitters are carefully chose and matched perfectly for each family's needs and requests. In addition, all sitters speak fluent English, and many speak other languages (such as French, Spanish, Italian, Farsi, etc.) as well. We believe our job is an important one, which is why we take it very seriously and it’s a source of pride for each and every one of us. Our Process
Our covenant is to provide nannies and babysitters that are experienced and meet all the children caring requirements we believe should be held.

Our first step is to find out exactly your needs so we can establish, days and hours requirements.

Once you read over and fill out our client form, we can call you to check some information about your request.

We begin our search to find suitable candidates.

We screen potential candidates through an initial phone interview.

We gather any relevant certificates
 - First Aid/CPR certificate 
- Recent police report for the vulnerable sector
- Working with children references;

We conduct references check whether it be written or via phone calls

After ensuring the nanny/babysitter meets the appropriate criteria we email you a short description of the suitable candidate(s) we believe would be a good fit for your family;

Let us know of your decision – by email or via a phone call - to hire the nanny/babysitter or you would like us to continue searching for a good fit candidate;

You notify the successful candidate and she can start caring for your precious ones.
